Privacy
What you log stays on your phone.
This is personal. StayHoldfast is built so nobody else needs to know, including us.
No account. No login.
Open the app and start. There’s nothing to sign up for and no profile on a server.
It lives on your phone
Your clean days, check-ins, reasons and photo are stored on your device, not with us.
Lock-screen safe
Reminders never mention what the app is for. Someone glancing at your phone sees nothing.
Yours to take or erase
Export everything, or wipe it all with one button in Settings.
About Wren: to reply, your messages to Wren are processed by an AI model. We’ll explain exactly what’s sent and how it’s handled before launch, and Wren is always optional. Joining the waitlist? See our privacy notice for how we handle your email.
Questions
Good to know.
Who is StayHoldfast for?
Adults who want to quit or cut back on compulsive porn use, whether it’s been a year or more than ten. You don’t need a label or a diagnosis, just a reason to quit.
Is it really private?
There’s no account and no login. Your clean days, check-ins, reasons and photo are stored on your phone, not on our servers. Notifications never say what the app is for, and you can export or erase everything in Settings.
What happens if I slip?
You mark that one day. Your clean-day count never goes down, your tree never shrinks, and the app asks what was going on so the next plan is better. A slip is data, not a verdict.
Is Wren a therapist?
No. Wren is a companion for the hard moments. It knows your plan and your reasons, and it will point you to real help if you’re in crisis. It isn’t a replacement for professional care.
When does it launch, and what will it cost?
